Inclusion criteria: PATIENTS OF CEREBRAL PALSY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENTS AGE LESS THAN 6 MONTHS AND MORE THAN 16 YEARS. PATIENTS HAVING CONGENITAL ANAMOLIES AND MALFORMATIONS. PATIENTS WHOES PARENTS ARE NOT WILLING TO GIVE CONSENT.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
the effect of Shastika Shali Pindaswedana on muscle spasticity in neuromotor disorders of children will be accessed.Timepoint: Done for in 60 days with a gap of a month in between with follow up on 30th, 60th, 90th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
spasticity and clinical conditions related to it described in Ayurvedic text will be studied. the effect of Physiotherapy and Ayurvedic regime with and without Shastika shali pindaswedana and vidarikand on muscle spasticity will be compared. the capacity of children to be independent will be enhanced and also improve the quality of life . Shastika shali pindaswedana and vidarikand will be studied in detail. early rehabilitation will be done and further complications will be prevented. Timepoint: Done in 60 days with a gap of a month in between with follow up on 30th, 60th, 90th day.
