Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy football players both male and female of age 17-35 training for at-least 1 year or more than 1 year with minimum 2 hours/day for minimum 3 days/week of regular practise.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of surgery to the lower extremity or history of a serious injury to the lower extremity (i.e. fracture) within the last 6 months. Musculoskeletal disorders and pathological disorders affecting movement and function of the lower limb.
