Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with plantar heel spur presenting with foot pain and characteristic changes in foot x ray. 2. Patients with a VAS score of 5 or higher for pain intensity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient with systemic ailments such as rheumatic diseases, malignancy, neurological and metabolic condition. 2.Patient taking medications with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effect for other conditions. 3.Patient with pain in heel due to other disease. 4.Patients taken steroid injection last 2 weeks before. 5.Patients with cognitive impairment.
