Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children diagnosed as Cerebral Palsy Spastic Diplegia of age group 8-15 years at GMFCS level I, II, III. 2.Both male and female gender. 3.Children who are able to understand and obey simple commands (Modified Mini Mental Scale > 30)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with Mental Retardation 2.Children who underwent surgery within last 6 months. 3.Children with other types of cerebral palsy apart from Spastic Diplegia, for example, Dystonic, Athetoid etc. 4.Children with uncontrolled seizures. 5.Children who were administered Botulinum toxin injection in the past 6 months. 6.Obese children (BMI > 30 kg/m2) 7.Children with Congenital spinal deformities.
