Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients planned for major cancer surgery with curative intent scheduled, willing to participate in the study. 2) Preoperative patients scheduled for major surgery irrespective of chemo-immuno- hormonal-irradiation therapy received.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients not willing to be a part of the study. 2) Patients with functional inability, debility. 3) Inability to comprehend, paralyzed, bed ridden, dementia and palliative intent. 4) Emergency surgeries. 5) Patients scheduled for minor surgery.
