Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the effect of prophylactic phenylephrine infusion and therapeutic bolus on mean maternal heart rate , mean Systolic, mean diastolic, mean arterial pressure during cesarean section under spinal anesthesia. Effect of prophylactic phenylephrine infusion and therapeutic bolus on incidence APGAR score. Timepoint: To evaluate the effect of prophylactic phenylephrine infusion and therapeutic bolus on maternal HR, SBP,DBP,MAP at baseline ,1min,2min .........till 10min. Effect of prophylactic phenylephrine infusion and therapeutic bolus on APGAR score at 1min and 5min

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.propotion of cases with side effects . 2.percentage of neonates developing acidosis .Timepoint: 1. the number of patient developing complications from 0mim to 45min of spinal anaesthesia. 2.Percentage of neonates developing acidosis
