Inclusion criteria: Population: Individuals who have recovered from COVID-19 past 4 weeks. Age: 18 to 70 years Gender: Either gender

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with cardiovascular diseases, metabolic and respiratory disorders.
