Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Shoulder surgery under GA in beach chair position 2. BMI 3. ASA 1-3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to give consent 2. Peripheral vascular disease 3. AV fistula in the arm 4. H/o DVT/Lymphedema/local skin damage 5. Cardiac arrhythmias 6. EF

MeasureTime frame
To assess the accuracy of MAP determined by NIBP at arm and ankle in detecting invasive MAP 70 mm Hg.Timepoint: baseline, every 5 minutes interval intra operatively until extubation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. To assess the accuracy of Non-invasive systolic blood pressure at arm and ankle in detecting Invasive systolic blood pressure 100mm of Hg. 2. Correlation, mean bias and limits of agreement between invasive and NIBP at arm and ankle. Timepoint: 6 months and one year
