Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing lower limb surgeries at sree balaji medical college and hospital 1. ASA grade â?? 1,2,3 2. Age between 15 and 55 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Patient refusal. 2. ASA grade-4 3. Patients with complications like severe Anaemia, Hypovolemia, Septicimeia, Shock. 4. Known case of hypersensitivity reaction to clonidine and Dexamethasone and local anesthetics. 5. Bleeding disorders or on anticoagulant therapy. 6. Local infection at the site of puncture.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Time between start of block and first pain reported by the patientTimepoint: VAS score assessed every two hours, until patients complains of pain.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Sensory and motor regression timesTimepoint: Patient assessed every two hours until Patient has complete motor and sensory recovery.
