Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age: 18 to 30 years Competitive Male Football Players Athletes practicing at least 3 days a week. Athletes who are playing for more than 2 years. Athletes who want to participate willingly.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes involved in any type of Pilates Training before. Players who had history of Lower Extremity injury that required medical attention in the past 6 months, prior to the start of the study. Any history of Neuromuscular, Musculoskeletal or Cardiovascular disorders.
