Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 18 years to 25 years. Both Male and Female gender included. Players who want to participate willingly. Playing Badminton since 1 year will select. Players who play Badminton for 4 days per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players having any complaint of Musculoskeletal conditions from past 6 months. Players who are suffering from Neurological, Cardiovascular or other medical conditions. The players involved in any type of Plyometric training or Strength training at the time of the study.
