Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male Collegiate Cricket Players, Age : 18 â?? 25 years, BMI : 19 to 24.9 kg/m2, Players who are willing to participate, Players who are playing for greater than 12 hours per week.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Neurological Impairment, Any history of Musculoskeletal injury, Any surgical history within the last 12 months, Any history of cardiovascular disorders.
