Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients presenting to PGIMER renal transplant between age 18-70 years. 2. Patients on alternate day dialysis regime 3. Patients receiving either of the live or cadaveric kidney

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver diseases 2. Hemodynamically unstable patients 3. Dilated Cardiomyopathy 4. Patients developing significant acid-base disturbance after intra-operative reperfusion, requiring Sodium Bicarbonate. 5. Patients on daily dialysis regime
