Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 1 year of playing lawn tennis sport

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals having any recent surgery/injury (within 3 months) Hypertensive patients Individuals diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis Individuals with any musculoskeletal, cardio respiratory, or neurological condition.
