Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients between 18-70 years will undergo total hip replacement surgery for Osteonecrosis of femoral head secondary to idiopathic, sickle cell diseases, degenerative arthritis of the hip. 2) Patient with valid informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) An inability or unwillingness to comply with the postoperative rehabilitation or follow-up protocols, 2) Previous THA, osteomyelitis or a previous intra-articular infection, severe developmental dysplasia of the hip (such as Crowe type-III or IV dysplasia), 3) Acetabular deformity requiring advanced reconstructive techniques, 4) Patients with Charcot arthropathy, Pagetâ??s disease. 5) Vascular or neuromuscular disease in the operated leg, 6) Fracture sequelae,
