Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Primigravida mothers who were willing to participate in the study. 2. Primigravida mothers who were able to understand Hindi or English language. 3. Primigravida mothers gestational age of 28weeks- 30 weeks of pregnancy. 4. Primigravida mothers age between 18 -35years. 5. Primigravida mothers who are willing for practicing antepartum exercise daily or thrice a week. 6. Primigravida mothers to have normal vaginal deliveries. 7. Primigravida mothers who were planning to get deliver in Mahatma Gandhi Hospital.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The primigravida women who had physical disabilities and any known medical complication: obesity, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, blood disorder, short stature, renal disease and heart disease. 2. Primigravida mothers who had obstetrical complication: pregnancy induces hypertension, Pre-eclampsia, eclampsia, cervical incompetence, antepartum hemorrhage, Intra uterine growth retardation, Premature Rupture of Membrane, gestational diabetes, oligo-hydramnios, poly-hydramnios, and major fetal congenital malformations. 3. Primigravida women with breech presentation and multiple pregnancies and any risk factor related to pregnancy.
