Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Females in age group of 40 to 60 years 2 Irregular menstrual cycle in the last 12 months 3 There should be at least two missing periods during the past 12 months 4Women reported suffering from any of the following climacteric perimenopausal symptoms hot flashes night sweats insomnia migraine vaginal dryness Fatigue Dizziness Headache Arthralgia Myalgia Anxiety Paresthesia Depression Palpitations Skin formication 5 Urine pregnancy test UPT negative patients will be taken

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Taking any medicine including herbal in last 3 months 2 On therapy of hormone replacement for 3 month or more 3 If women have any current medical surgical and gynaecological issues 4 Drug or alcohol abuse history 5 History of cervical or breast carcinoma
