Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients ( >14 years) with uncomplicated ALA of size <10 cm in the right lobe or <5 cm in the left lobe or both.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ALA size 10 cm or more, Left lobe ALA >5 cm, ALA with evidence of impending rupture (thin rim History of PPI over the past one week, Partially treated ALA. •ALA with complications (rupture, major large vessels thrombosis, secondary bacterial infection, or biliary communication), •Refusal of informed consent.
