Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with sub-acute non specific low back pain.(0-3 weeks), 18 â?? 25 years old college students.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous spinal injuries, Spinal deformities, Spinal malignancy and infections, Any surgery.

Numerecal pain Rating Scale, Oswestry Low Back Disability Questionnaire.Timepoint: Numerecal pain Rating Scale, Oswestry Low Back Disability Questionnaire. These two outcomes measures assess before 3 Weeks. After complete 3 Weeks of treatment again re-assess outcomes.
