Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.female 13-21 age group included in my study 2.verbal multi dimensional scale score 1 and 2 included in my study 3.patient willing take treatment regularly and cooperating for follow ups are included in my study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patientnot fulfilling the case defination of spsmodic dysmenorhhoea 2.patient who requiremergency medical intervention 3.patient without written consent 4.immuno-compromised patients 5.patient not willing take treatment regularly and not cooperating for follow ups 6.verbal multi dimensional scale score3 excluded in my study
