Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in the study Both gender of age 19-64 years Socio-economic grouping: inclusive of all Clinical condition, apparently healthy volunteers and patients with chronic ailments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vulnerable population (children, pregnant women institutionalized persons) Persons with chronic severe Co-morbid conditions: Immune-suppressive disorders, Cancer AIDS Tuberculosis, psychiatrically ill patients will be exempted from participating in the study.
