Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College students, Participants who are willing to be a part of the study, Participants who had scored poor >11.50 sec in male and >12.50 sec in female in T test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with:- No previous injury since last 1 year, Not undergone any surgery since last 1 year, Not involved with any sports game, Not involved in gym activity.
