Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A minimum of 20 permanent teeth A mean plaque score of 2.0 to 3.0 Four or more sites with pocket probing depth Non-smokers Systemically healthy patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Systemic or topical antibiotics Oral prophylaxis within last 3 months Five or more caries lesion requiring immediate restorative treatment Pregnant and lactating women
