Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female students studying for Undergraduate and Postgraduate Degree Aged between 18-25 years Apparently healthy Residing in Mumbai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Secondary and Higher Secondary studying Students with known chronic diseases such as diabetes, autoimmune disease, psychiatric illnesses, on enteral or parenteral nutrition support Pregnant and lactating women
