Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years 2. Diagnosed case of Ca Anal Canal who are receiving/who have received pelvic radiotherapy. 3. KPS > 70 4. Ability to read and understand Hindi, Marathi or Bangla as applicable 5. Not answered EORTC QoL-ANL 27 module previously 6. No history of major psychiatric illness
