Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI â?? 18.5-24.9(Normal Category) Pain on palpation at the insertion of the anterior thigh muscles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extrinsic trauma to the anterior thigh MMT with grade 2

VISA-P Numerical Pain Rating ScaleTimepoint: VISA-P, Numerical Pain Rating Scale. These two outcomes measures assess before 6 weeks. After complete 6 weeks of exercises again re-assess outcomes.
