Inclusion criteria: All the patients of operable breast tumours who will under immediate breast reconstruction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recurrent breast cancer 2. Bilateral breast cancer 3. Metastatic cancer. 4. Locally advanced breast cancer.
