Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 18-45 years elective short gynaecological procedures lasting fro less than 60 minutes asa ps 1 &2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: anticipated difficult airway neck pathology pregnant women asa ps grade 2 and above abdominal/airway/ respiratory pathologies which may denote a higher risk fro aspiration incorrect placement of the airway device as evidenced by the fiberoptic view patient refusal
