Intervention1: yoga intervention.: yoga is provided as three sessions including surya namakaskara ,Breathing exercises,Hand and leg exercises , meditation with duration of 45 minutes for 8weeks .

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female adolescents students – studying in plus one and plus two and between the age of 16 -18 yrs Students who are present on the day of data collection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents whose parents who are not willing to give consent / Ascent to participant in the study . Adolescents who are sick , physically and mentally challenged . Adolescents who are already taken yoga training and practicing yoga . Those adolescents who are having cognitive and learning disabilities
