Intervention1: low frequency rTMS to Right Inferior Frontal Gyrus: All the patients will be given standard of care speech therapy. Patients will then be randomised into the two arms:

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: i) Age 18-70 years ii) Left MCA territory ( ischaemic or haemorrhagic ) iii) 2 weeks â?? 6 month following index event iv) Right handed individuals ( assessed by Edinburgh Handedness Inventory )
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion Criteria: i. A coexistent diagnosis of epilepsy / Seizure within last 1 year / On anti-epileptic drugs ii. Patients with pre-morbid cognitive decline/ Patients with intellectual disability iii. Patients with acute psychosis iv. Hemodynamically unstable/ Intubated patients v. Any co-existing acute lung/cardiac/renal/liver disease vi. Patients having contraindication to MRI vii. Patients not giving consent
