Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dancers who dance for a minimum of 5 hours in a week Dancers who have a minimum of 5 years of training in any genre

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dancers with recent injuries or surgeries (within 6 months)
