Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group: above 18 years 2. Participant irrespective of their sex, caste, religion and duration of illness were the diagnosed of Primary hypothyroidism. 3. Patients with serum TSH > 5.0 mlU/L and FT4 4. Patients taking or not taking synthetic thyroid hormone. 5. Normal thyroid profile and taking synthetic thyroid hormone.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age group: below 18 years. 2. Pregnant females. 3. The cases with secondary hypothyroidism
