Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Both gender(male & female) 2.Age >18 years 3.Morning stiffness >1hr 4.Symmetrical arthritis 5.Arthritis of 3 or more joint area 6.Rheumatoid nodule,rhuematoid factor,radiological changes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age >50 years 2.Other joint diseases 3.Any other autoimmune diseases 4.Patient with hypertension,D.M,CVS,hepatic,Renal or pulmonary diseases 5.Pregnant and lactating mothers drug or alcohol addict occupational exposure to certain dusts such as silica,wood,asbestos H/O intra-articular corticosteroid injections
