Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 BMI: 18.5-24.9 kg/m2 2 Subjects with diagnosed cases of Cervicogenic Headache. 3 Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria given by the International Headache Society 4 Subjects with weakness of Deep neck extensors 5. Presence of a combination of the following cervical musculoskeletal impairments. a. Restricted cervical extension range of motion. b. Painful upper cervical joint dysfunction (C0-C4). c. Impaired craniocervical flexion test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 History of Whiplash 2 Any History of cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine injury 3 Any previous surgery on the cervical Spine. 4 Headache accompanied by nausea, vomiting and photo/phonophobia (Feature of Migraine) 5 Upper Cervical Radiculopathy 6 Subjects with a history of psychiatric disorder. 7 Signs of nerve root involvement 8 Showing signs of 5 Dâ??s and three Nâ??s
