Inclusion criteria: age limit of 17- 27years both male and female English speaking pain in the upper extremity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of injury other than sports in past 1 year History of systemic diseases eg:rheumatoid arthritis , auto immune disease History of surgery in the upper limb
