Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Recreational runners with IT band syndrome 18-50 years. 2)Nobleâ??s test positive. 3)Patients with trigger points along the IT band

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any other musculoskeletal conditions of lower limbs like fractures. 2)Circulatory disorders in lower extremities like varicose veins. 3)Compromised immune system 4)Over an area of infection, open wound.
