Intervention1: Group L, hyper baric levo bupivacaine: Spinal anasethesia with 10mg of hyperbaric levo bupivacaine with 100mcg morphine for cesarean section will be given and patients will be observed

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to ASA II Posted for elective LSCS Weight 40-100 kg Height more than 145cms Having singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Belonging to ASA III and IV Patient in active labour Patients with coagulopathies, and increased intracranial pressure Patients allergic to drugs used in the study Patients having contra indications to spinal anaesthesia severe Pregnancy induced hypertension, multiple gestation, abnormal placentation
