Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients with knee osteoarthritis -pain >3 on NPRS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -vascular diseases -patients with latex allergies -Lower limb fractures -Lower limb weakness secondary to neurological involvement. - any deformity
