Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with age group 20 years to 60 years. 2.Patient who are willing to participate in the study after giving the consent.

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having any mental and serious disorder and not willing for studies. 2.Having incurable symptoms of classical text.
