Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients will be selected irrespective of Sex and socioeconomic status. 2.Patients having classical sign & symptoms of Sthaulya such as chala sphika,udar,Stana,daurbalya,atishudha etc. 3.Patients between BMI of >25 to 4.Patients having controlled HTN and DM 5.Age -16 to 60 yrs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having serious cardiac , pulmonary, renal,hepatic disease,pcos and history of thyroid and uncontrolled HTN & DM and other endocrine disorders. 2.Patients having BMI >40 3.Pregnant and lactating women. 4.Drug induced obesity.
