Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Lactating mothers with neonates and infants of age group of 2 weeks to 6months of life. Mothers fulfilling diagnostic criteria with kaphaja stanya dushti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates and infants on supplementary and top feeds. Neonates and infants who are acutely sick. Neonates and infants who have any form of malformations in which breast feeding is contraindicated. In known cases of mother with breast abscess, HIV etc. and other contraindications of breast feeding. Neonates and infants on any medications which can interfere with study related outcome.

There will be significant effect of Mustadi Gana Kwatha in management of kaphaja stanya dushti and it shows significant effects on relieving symptoms in neonates and infants.Timepoint: 7TH AND 15TH DAYS
