Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are willing to give written informed consent. 2.TSH value 4.5 to 14.9 mU/L , T3 level 3.Subjects of either gender between 20 to 50 years 4.Subjects who are fit (yogya) for Vamana Karma & Virechana Karma. 5. Subjects with Body mass index ranges from 18.5 up to 39.9 kg/m2. 6.Subjects of Madhyam Koshta,Madhyam Agnibala (samagni) will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects not fit for Vaman Karma and Virechan Karma. 2.Subjects suffering from congenital Hypothyroidism & Carcinoma of thyroid gland. 3.Subjects with Pitta predominant prakruti and Pitta disorders like (Amalpitta/parinamshoola) Ulcer,Hyperacidity etc 4.TSH value more or less than 4.5 to 14.9 mU/L range
