Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient presenting with symptoms of Pittaja Mutrakrichhra i.e. Peetha mutra, Sadha mutra,Sashul mutra pravrutti, Sarakta mutra,Muhurmuhu mutra. Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, economical status and martial status. Patients with UTI confirmed by presence of Pus cells in urine routine report would be given standard concomitant therapy (Antibiotics) along with trial and control drugs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: K/C/O â?? 1. BPH, Urethral Stricture, Bladder outlet obstruction 2. Uncontrolled Diabetes Milletus 3. Sexually transmitted Disease 4. Renal failure 5. Active Covid - 19 Patients 6. Chronic cystitis with bladder wall changes 7. Jaundice 8. Benign or Malignant tumors of Bladder

MeasureTime frame
The effect of Dhanayak Gokshura Ghrita will be accessed with the effect of Renalka Syrup in Pittaja Mutrakrichhra after 7 days. Assessment will be done by criteria like Burning micturition, painful micturition, Haematuria, Frequency of micturition.Timepoint: Pt will be followed up on 3rd, 5th then on 7th day and if necessary on 10th day.
