Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children within the age range of 8-12 years (grade 3-7). Individuals with normal hearing based on hearing evaluation results. Individuals with grades C and above or marks above 50% achievement as reported in the report cards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with contemporary ear pain, cold, and ear discharge as identified through tympanometry. Individuals with visual deficits, as identified through the vision screening.

Ear-specific SNR scores will be obtained in decibels. Mean SRT (expressed as SNR in dB), standard deviation between participants (dB), standard error (dB) between participants in each of the four test conditions presented to 60 children will be recorded in a table.Timepoint: 30 weeks—
