Interventions

Intervention1: spinal anesthesia: optic nerve sheath diameter will be measured in patients undergoing surgery in spinal anaesthesia with 25 guage spinal needle, 3ml bupivacaine. Control Intervention1:

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA Physical status of 1 & 2 Patients undergoing elective procedures under spinal anesthesia with expected surgical duration less than 3 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgeries 2. Bleeding disorders 3. Eye pathologies 4. Pregnant patients 5. Change of Anaesthesia plan to GA 6. Children under 12 years 7. Patient refusal
