Intervention1: Cention N alkasite: Dose: The powder and liquid of Cention N will be mixed in 1:1 ratio and will be placed in primary or permanent molars affected with caries.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who have bilateral primary or permanent molar teeth with decay involving enamel or dentin 2.Children whose parents give informed consent to Participate. 3.Children who give assent for participation
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Children whose bilateral Molar teeth are already filled 2. The tooth selected for the treatment must not have any physiological or pathological mobility 3. Children whose Molar teeth are partially erupted
