Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing (Elective) otorhinolaryngeal surgeries under general anaesthesia among ASA I and II patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal of informed consent 2.Hemodynamic instability 3.History of chronic pain/analgesic use 4.Patient with underlying opioid abuse 5.Contraindications to any of the study drugs 6.Endoscopic surgeries 7.Use of beta-blockers or calcium-channel blockers 8.pregnancy or lactation
