Intervention1: Hyaluronic Acid as Pulpotomy medicament: 0.5% Hyaluronic acid medicament will be placed upon amputated coronal pulp for 2 minutes, once placed it is restored with a permanent restorativ

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Carious lesion approximating the pulp in primary molars. 2. Pain sensitivity while chewing is temporary in nature 3. Patients 4-8 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Spontaneous pain 2. Tenderness to percussion 3. Swelling 4. Clinical mobility 5. Excessive pulpal bleeding 6. Internal resorption and external resorption 7. Furcal radiolucency 8. Widened periodontal ligament space 9. Physiological root resorption of more than one-third.
