Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Study include both males and females 2. Age group between 25 and 65 yrs 3. Study subject must have Triglyceride level >= 150 mg Plus any 2 criteria given below i) Waist circumference >90cm for men and > 80cm in female ii) Reduced HDL cholesterol iii) Raised blood pressure systolic BP >= 130 mm Hg diastolic BP >=85 mm Hg iv) Fasting blood glucose level >= 100 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Previous history of cardiovascular disease 2)Patients under allopathic medication 3)Patients with severe disease like malignancy pregnant women 4)History of recent or chronic alcohol intake 5)History of recent or chronic smoking
