Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1. To compare Left Atrial Strain With P-Wave Dispersion as a predictor of postoperative atrial fibrillation in patients undergoing coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) . 2. To find out sensitivity, specificity, threshold (cutoff point) of Left atrial strain parameters and P wave dispersion to predict POAF in CABGTimepoint: At Base line, after surgery and postoperative period till 3 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To observe hemodynamic changes, duration of intubation, length of hospital stayTimepoint: At base line, After revascularization and till 3 days
